One of the posts was rotted at the bottom and not really carrying weight. Marling's were pretty busy (lots of people investing in home upgrades during the pandemic since they spend so much time there) but got my project going pretty quickly and got it done in a few days including finishing/painting work. They're also really fair. The job was quoted and contracted at a given price but when they began doing the work, they realized that the work wouldn't require as much labor or material as expected and they offered to adjust the price a fair amount without my even hinting about it. Also, I love the contract they use. It is simple but detailed - it covers everything it should (insurance, workers' comp, etc.) but in a way that is easy to understand."
