They're also really fair. The job was quoted and contracted at a given price but when they began doing the work, they realized that the work wouldn't require as much labor or material as expected and they offered to adjust the price a fair amount without my even hinting about it. Also, I love the contract they use. It is simple but detailed - it covers everything it should (insurance, workers' comp, etc.) but in a way that is easy to understand."
